Early this morning, England U21 defeated the Netherlands 2-1 to reach the final of the European Youth Championship. Elliott, who scored twice, praised Salah and Van Dijk for their influence on their leadership temperament after the game.

Elliott said: "During the whole season, Salah scored key winning goals, and Van Dijk headed the ball in the 90th minute at the end of the season. This trait of never giving up, fighting to the last moment and seizing opportunities is a manifestation of leadership."

"No matter how much you say on the court, it is not as good as standing up at critical moments. For example, I need to score goals in my situation. How to seize these precious opportunities is the core. I am extremely happy to be able to contribute two goals to help the team win."

When asked whether you are preparing to create another miracle in the Saturday final, Elliott showed his team spirit: "Who knows What about the Tao? The final may be someone else's flash. I just want to maintain team morale and motivate everyone to understand that it doesn't have to rely on me or the striker. Each of our players is a top player and deserves to shine here."

Facing the final opponent Germany, Elliott said frankly without fear: "If you have fear, it is the beginning of failure. This team has extraordinary strength, team football and cohesion. Especially after defeating Spain, fear has completely disappeared. We can play the best level against any team now and believe that we can win because we have the trust of top players, strong lineups and coaching staff."
