New Telecom released its 2025 fiscal year annual report on Monday (June 30), showing that Yuan Kunman's total salary includes basic salary, variable bonuses, other benefits, stock rewards and performance rewards for restricted stock plans (Restricted Share Plan). Among them, the basic salary is about 1.34 million yuan, the variable bonus and other benefits are about 2.22 million yuan and 80,000 yuan respectively, and the rewards received under the restricted stock shares and performance reward shares plan are 2.22 million yuan and 2.36 million yuan respectively.
If the share reward is not included, Yuan Kunman's total salary in fiscal year 2025 was 3.63 million yuan, an increase of about 10% compared with Yuan Kun's total salary of 3.3 million yuan in the previous year.
New Telecom's annual report also shows that the net profit in the 2025 fiscal year ended March this year was 4.17 billion yuan, a surge of 405% over the previous year's 795 million yuan.
Against the backdrop of driving the group's annual net profit to soar by four times, Yuan Kun, president of Xin Telecom Group, had a total salary of 8.2 million yuan in fiscal 2025, an increase of about 16.8% from 7.03 million yuan in the previous fiscal year.
