Argandonia explained that Suvimendi's biggest advantage is his ability to read the game even as a child. He said: "One of his characteristics is his intuition. He can anticipate. Judging the opponent's next move, whether it's in chess or me on the football field. There may be some connection between football and chess on a strategic level."
Argandonia recalled how he met Suvimendi when he started tutoring him at school. He even warned him how difficult it is to become famous in football: "I told him that for every 10,000 registered players, only one can enter the first team, but he didn't listen to me, thank God."
Regarding Suvimendi's chess level, Argandonia said: "He is a promising chess player. But there are very few players like him in Spain, maybe only a dozen. He could have reached FIDE master level, but that's another story."
