Myth 1: Is the more probiotics you eat, the better?

Probiotics are born to be afraid of high temperatures. When the temperature exceeds 30 degrees, their activity will drop rapidly. In addition, probiotics can be refrigerated, but do not take them in and out. Although probiotics are not afraid of being refrigerated, they are afraid of repeated dissolution.
